This workflow fires when a product is sold. In our example, we check all the line items in the order for a particular vendor. If the specified vendor is found associated with one of the items in the order, the details of that item are added to the email. Our example includes sending the quantity of the items, the product with a link to it in the store, and the item's SKU. The example also sends the customer's shipping information. The details of the message can be changed to suit your needs. It can be customized with tokens or custom logic. This workflow can also easily be modified to check for a different attribute instead of the vendor, for example, checking if the product is in a particular collection.
