Automate the email communication process for refund notifications, saving time and ensuring consistent and efficient communication with your Shopify customers.
This automation fires when a refund is created. It first checks to make sure the order has an email address associated with it. Next, it checks if the customer's name is available (for use with the email). Finally, it sends an email to the address associated with the refund. This workflow is completely configurable, so you can adjust the email to say whatever is important to you, or check for other factors involved in the refund or the order, such as the size of the refund.
