Cancel order and email for high-risk level in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
Reduce chargebacks and high-risk orders in your Shopify store with an automated workflow tailored for fraud detection.
This automation triggers on Order Paid. It checks to see if the order was flagged as High Risk (Recommend Cancel) by Shopify's native fraud detection system. If the condition is met, it automatically cancels the order and restocks the items. Optionally, it can trigger the Shopify cancellation email. Our example workflow also tags the customer as possibly fraudulent and emails the store's email address with the details of the incident.
