Email a customer 3 and 5 days after purchase in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
This automation is queued every time an order is created; it sends a follow-up email to the customer notifying them of their purchase and assures them that the order is being processed.
The workflow then checks after 3 days and if the order does not have a tracking number, sends another follow-up. Finally, after 5 days, if the orders still do not have a tracking number, sends a final follow-up email. Each email is independently customizable and can be adjusted to contain the specific order status details providing the customer with an update.
