This automation is triggered immediately after an order is created, it waits for one week and checks to see if the order if fulfilled or not. If the order is unfulfilled, the workflow sends a delayed fulfillment alert to the stores email.
With this automation, store managers can keep track of delay or unfulfilled orders without having to routinely and manually running reports within Shopify. This allow them to focus on other tasks while staying on top of the order fulfillments.
