Receive an email when a customer is refunded over $100 in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
Prompt yourself to gather product feedback by receiving emails for orders over $100 refunds.
This automation fires when a refund is created. It checks if the refund that was created is greater than $100. If the condition has been met, It adds a tag called "Has High Refund Order" to the customer that returned the item. It then sends an email to the store's email address with the details of the refund and a prompt to contact the customer to receive feedback on the product that they purchased. Lastly, it adds a tag to the order itself in Shopify called "High Refund Order".
This workflow is perfect prompting product feedback as soon as something goes wrong with a large order.
