This example automation is simple but handy. It fires when a draft order is created and sends an email to the store's email address. This workflow is completely configurable, but by default, the message includes a link to the items in the order, as well as a link to the order itself in your admin panel, and the total cost of the order. Add your own conditions to zero in on what's important to you, for example, only draft orders for a certain customer or draft orders going to a certain state.
