This workflow fires when an order is paid. It checks to see if the order note field has been filled in. If it has, it sends an email with the note to the store's email address.
This automation is completely configurable, so you can decide to only send emails when a certain product is purchased that also has a note, or send emails to another person, instead of sending them to the store's email address. Alternatively, you could create a Trello card when a note is found, or send a Slack message instead.
