Run actions when an order contains a specific product quantity in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
Take action when an order contains a specific quantity of a given product. Add an order note when a customer purchases 2 or more of a special product, then use this workflow.
This automation runs when an order is paid. It tests to see if the order contains your target product. If so, it then checks the quantity of the target item. Finally, it takes action by tagging the order, and adding a configurable order note and also and sending an email. The actions are configurable and editable, so if you don't need one of them, just delete it from the workflow.
