This automation fires when an order is paid. It will append your extra customer field information onto the order note in Shopify. Our example automation shows how to access field data from Custom Fields by Bonify and Customer Account Fields by Bonify, as well as how to transfer metafield data from other apps.
For example, perhaps you use a metafield to store some special instructions that the customer wants applied to every order they make in your store. Whenever your customer places an order in your store, that note will be transferred into the order notes section and carry through the entire order process.
