Receive UploadKit file links via email for every order containing UploadKit images, ensuring prompt access to essential files.
This automation integrates with UploadKit by sending over links to the uploaded files to a predefined email.The workflow is fired everytime an order is created, it checks to see if the any of the line items contain an UploadKit file.
If the UploadKit file exists, the workflow the loops through all the line items attaching the links to the email body alongside the item, and send the complete message as email.
This plays a big role for merchants will image/attachment driven orders processing. The image will be send to the packaging department automatically and they can started processing the order as soon as it's raised.
