Send a chargeback reminder report in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
Receive a comprehensive report of open disputes (chargebacks) that require your attention.
This workflow runs on a schedule of your choosing. By default, the workflow will send the report email to the store's email address, if disputed Shopify payments exist and need a response from the store.
The email comes with the disputed order number, the customer's name and email address, along with the disputed amount by default. Customization is not required but can be done easily.
