Send email with customization info upon order placement in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
Facilitate easy communication by automatically sending line item properties via email for a more efficient order processing experience.
This example workflow fires when an order is placed. The workflow first checks to see if a line item property is associated with any of the products in the order. It then sends an email to the store's email address with all the product customization data that the customer entered. You can easily change the conditions to make sure that the email is only sent if the order contains certain properties or even certain products.
