Receive an email and tag order when high risk in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
Enhance your fraud prevention measures on Shopify by automating the tagging and email notification process when an order is identified as high risk, ensuring a streamlined and proactive approach to security.
This example workflow fires when an order is created. It looks to see if Shopify's risk level recommendation is set to "Cancel" indicating it's a high-risk order. If the condition is met, it adds a tag to the order for "High Risk". Next, it sends an email to the store's email address. You can adjust the risk levels you're testing for to add looking at to add other risk levels such as "Investigate". The email is, of course, fully customizable as well.
