Cancel duplicate orders within 24 hours in Shopify by using Arigato Automation

Prevent duplicate orders from the same customer within a specified timeframe, improving order accuracy.

This automation is fired when a customer places an order. Checks to see if they have a similar in the last 24 hours. If a similar order is found, it cancels and refunds or voids the order.

If you sell controlled products such as prescription drugs that can only be ordered once per day or high-value products and would like to ensure that one person does not make a duplicate order within a given period, this automation is for you.
