Receive an email for unfulfilled order after a period of time in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
Improve order fulfillment efficiency by receiving automated emails for unfulfilled orders after a 2-day period, allowing you to stay on top of order management and provide timely service.
This example workflow fires 2 days after an order is created. It then checks to see what the order fulfillment status is. If no items in the order have been fulfilled, it sends an email to the shop email address. You can adjust the conditions to check if the entire order hasn't been fulfilled, or other criteria. The email itself is also completely configurable.
