This automation fires when a checkout is created in your Shopify store. It then waits for 1 day before continuing. After that, it checks to see if the email field in the checkout is not empty and if the checkout has been abandoned. If these conditions are true, the workflow will send an email to the customer as a follow-up about finishing the order, with a link to the abandoned cart.
This workflow is great to follow up with customers, and encourage customers to finish the purchase. You may also wish to send a discount code to the customer in the email to further encourage them to finish checking out.
