This example automation gets queued when a customer orders from your store. It then waits 3 months and if the customer accepts marketing, and the customer hasn't ordered from you again in the last 80 days, it sends the customer an email. The workflow is completely configurable, so you can set how long to wait, or adjust the parameters any way you see fit. The email itself is also completely customizable of course.
