Keep your store dynamic and up-to-date by automating the marking of products as "new" with this convenient workflow, enhancing the visibility of recently added items for your customers.
This automation fires when a product is first created in your store. It will initially add a tag called "new" to the product. Then, the automation waits for 2 weeks and removes the "new" tag. All aspects of the automation are configurable, so you can add and remove whatever tag you'd like, or change the amount of time the tag stays on the product. Additionally, you could filter out certain products, to only action products in a certain collection or based on some other criteria you set.
