Change billing address for draft order based on tag in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
Save time and reduce manual input by automating the process of entering the same billing address for orders in your Shopify store.
This example automation runs when a draft order is created or updated. It first looks to see if the order is tagged with a special term, for example, a particular company name. If found, it then checks to see if the address information has already been set. If all conditions are met, it then updates the billing address for the draft order to your static address. For example, let's say you dropship orders for another company. Instead of manually keying in their address data every time, you'd simply tag the order with their name, and the billing information would be populated automatically. You can easily extend this workflow to set other order data or trigger when a regular order is created or updated (as opposed to a draft order).
