Set default metafield value on product creation in Shopify by using Arigato Automation
Simplify your product management by automating the repetitive task of setting metafield values based on conditions like Vendor, saving you time and effort.
This task fires when a product is created. You can expand the concept easily, but in this example, we check for a particular product Vendor. If that Vendor is found, we set a default metafield value, but you can add actions to set more than one metafield at once. Using additional Condition Groups, you can expand one workflow to set any number of metafield values, based on multiple criteria.
